Willy Lim
Willy specialises in biotech, medtech, fintech, AI and information technology. He brings comprehensive capital markets knowledge, having advised, identified and executed investments with various capital structures.
Willy has been an entrepreneur all his life. He founded a technology startup which became the leading Mobile App Developer in Singapore & Malaysia, with more apps developed than any other app developers at one point in time. His company subsequently filed for an IPO in the U.S.
Willy lectured on "Becoming An Entrepreneur" at Nanyang Polytechnic and James Cook University, and was also a Business Mentor helping startups at Singapore Management University.
Willy was a Singapore Government Public Service Commission Scholar, and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from National University of Singapore.
Daniels Ng
Daniels specialises in transforming SME for the next level of growth. In the 20 years of experience in providing business advisory to SME (less than USD200m market capitalisation), he has been engaged by more than 50 companies across Asia-Pacific, many of whom were groomed for organic growth to achieve private institutional funding, eventual exits via IPO or M&A.
To date, Daniels has assisted in the pre-IPO preparatory work of Sitra Holdings Ltd (SGX), GLG Ltd (ASX), HY Group Bhd (KLSE), Yong Nam Holdings Ltd (SGX), ISO TEAM Ltd (SGX). He continues to sit on the board of the public listed company as an Independent Director.
Daniels obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Edith Cowan University, Australia on a scholarship and a Master of Business Administration from Birmingham University, UK.
Rex Fong
Rex has more than 12 years experience in financial audit and accounting, fraud investigation, litigation support and transaction advisory such as fundraising, M&A, business valuation, working capital optimization, market capitalization strategies.
He has developed expertise in alternative financing structures and project financing in infrastructure and renewable energy.
Rex was the lead consultant of an IPO of Singapore engineering firm on the Canadian Securities Exchange and facilitated capital solutions, private placements for public listed companies in emerging markets. He was a Group Finance Director for a privately-held investmemt company in Singapore.
Rex is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a Fellow Member of ACCA (UK). He is also certified as a Family Office Advisor (Foundation) by Wealth Management Institute in Singapore.
